Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP services
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase Odoo solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and estimates
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Create engaging content and marketing materials to promote services
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in IT or ERP domain)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with Odoo is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
